Will there always be a free tier?

We intend to always have a free tier. However, it unwise to project too far into the future. If the cost of the free tier becomes prohibitive we might stop granting free accounts, after grandfathering existing accounts.

When is the site updated with new data?

The SEC produces an index of all the days filings, which is posted about 10PM Eastern. Our internal indexing and analysis completes a few hours later. However, because we rely on external (and government) sources, we conservatively expect new data to be available on SECeek at 6AM Eastern the following day—Tuesday-Saturday.

Do you support company-wide or enterprise licensing?

There are no special enterprise features or controls but there is bulk discounting. Contact us for information.

What is the difference between the “free” plan and the “anonymous” plan?

Unregistered users can browse the site anonymously. However, the data available to anonymous users is quite limited. So while both are have no cost, a free account, which requires registration, provides more information. Registration only requires a valid email address. Registration does not require a credit card.
