It has three parts. Part A contains general information about the about the registrant. Part B contains data about the fund, including asset and liabilities. There is a Part C section for each holding in the fund that contain information about the security, the amount held, and more. The form is fully explained here.
moreSEC added a new reporting item for Form 8-K for declaring cybersecurity incidents. The new rules require the registrants to disclose "any cybersecurity incident they determine to be material and to describe the material aspects of the incident's nature, scope, and timing, as well as its material impact or reasonably likely material impact on the registrant." The Form 8-K Item 1.05 must be filed within four days of the event.
